Digital Media Manager

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Development of successful and cost-effective social media marketing plan for mobile and web platforms launch for year 1;

• Implementation of strategies across all online channels, specifically focused on marketing downloads and active utilization of our mobile application;

• Manage and direct extensive e-mail programs to communicate with Users and potential Users, ensuring organization compliance with the highest ethical and legal standards and industry best practices;

• Implementation of programs to increase site registration and conversion based on analysis of customer behavior and site trends;

• Develop our own blog and reach out to bloggers in our market niche;

• Understanding of Web Analytics and KPI's related to online, mobile, and social marketing campaigns and reporting;

• Reporting on campaign results in a cohesive, consistent format that can be easily understood by the entire team;

• Collaborate with CMO in the performance of other duties required for the success of the mobile application;

• Register and manage daily our FB/Twitter/Instagram accounts

Requirements:

• Thorough Experience of the full package of social / online marketing for mobile applications (iOS and Android)

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or an equivalent combination of experience and education

• 1 to 3+ years social media marketing experience, with demonstrated experience in and a passion for the online marketing space

• Demonstrated history of creating and executing successful marketing and online programs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (to create all written work, that is free of grammar or spelling errors)

• Excellent computer skills (full MS Office Suite, Online analytics software, etc.

• Experience with SEM and SEO (Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization) (and improve in cooperation with our technical team)

• Experience in App Store Optimization (including Keyword Optimization KWO and Conversion Rate Optimization CRO) as well as in the optimization of Google PlayStore App details pages

• Ability to develop creative ways for presenting and “selling" mobile application as well as ability to work quickly and creatively to deliver quality programs to market

• Experience from setting-up and managing online marketing with Google Analytics, Google AdWorks, Facebook Advertising, etc.

• Strong and quick in e-mail marketing, posting, etc. (needs to identify main bloggers, engage with them, post comments about our solution, etc.)

• Ability in handling multiple tasks with varying due dates and to work independently with direct manager (CCO/CMO) in a different office

• Interest in new technology/trends and enthusiasm for continually researching new online marketing innovations

• Experience in managing mobile application advertising efforts and other revenue generation schemes would be a plus

• Readiness for quick relocation to Kiev (if not leaving in Kiev yet)
