Project Scope:

Looking for proposals from qualified freelancers to provide comprehensive branding and design services, including:

1. Redesign of the Logo:

   • Migration of the existing logo from Adobe Illustrator to Affinity Designer 2.

   • Logo Optimisation

   • Creation of graphic principles constituting a cohesive and modern visual identity.

2. Development of the Graphic Charter:

   • Delivery of a complete graphic charter for Nuwa Ltd and its associated brands (XR Ireland and 1Cluster).

   • Design and delivery of templates for:

     • Letterhead

     • E-mail signature

     • PowerPoint presentation slide masters

     • Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, BlueSky)

     • Logo Path-Animation in PowerPoint for Presentation Intro, Outro and Video packaging

     • Promotional items

3. Creation of Brand Identities and Guidelines:

   • Development of brand identities, assets and and guidelines aligned with company's mission, vision, and target sectors.

   • Suggestions for typographic updates and space visual balance conventions across all three brands.

4. Templates for Group Logo and Associated Brands:

   • Design of scalable templates ensuring cohesion between Nuwa’s logo and its associated brands (XR Ireland and 1Cluster).

Deliverables:

1. Redesigned Logo and Visual Identity:

   • Modernised and scalable logo design optimised for digital and print use.

   • Definition of primary and secondary colour palettes, typography, Do's, Don't, Supporting visual elements, and other.

2. Graphic Charter:

   • Comprehensive brand guidelines, including use cases for online, offline, and multimedia platforms.

   • Ready-to-use templates for:

     • Official documents (letterhead, e-mail signature, etc.)

     • Social media visuals

     • Video graphics and promotional materials

     • PowerPoint Presentation slide masters

3. Templates for Logos and Branding Materials:

   • Editable and scalable templates for Nuwa and its associated brands (XR Ireland, 1Cluster) in Affinity Designer 2.

Requirements for Proposals:

The proposal must include:

   • Overview of your expertise in branding and design.

   • Portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

2. Proposed Approach

   • Suggested methodology for logo redesign, visual identity creation, and brand naming.

   • Timeline and milestones for delivery of all components.
