1) the client provides a technical assignment requesting an original text and shows an example of the text, without mentioning that what she truly means is a template with a 1-to-1 execution in structure;
2) the commentary on the text is not informative enough, arguments like "I don't like the wording" or "it's unnecessary" carry no meaningful load, that is, it's unclear what to do. An original text was ordered with an example, it turned out – technical work and following the template is needed. As they say, if you criticize – suggest;
3) the client is unable to show respect and patience, and before the project deadline, she turns to arbitration with arguments like "the performer has been unreachable for half a day," forgetting that she herself was absent from the project for several days, and when you inform her that you need half an hour for the remaining edits, she shows extreme dissatisfaction. Sorry, all the wizards are on vacation. There is also noticeable technical illiteracy: for example, text with emojis is inserted as text with text smileys, but it is still inserted. Proving the opposite is pointless; if she doesn't like it – she can delete it herself. This takes less time than turning to arbitration.
