I do not recommend working with this client. I’ll tell you everything in detail, in September with this client there was a project to integrate the wayforpay payment system on the site, after the client was provided with information on how the payment page would look like and also on the wayforpay website, it was possible to see how the system works, I got to work, since the site has a lot of custom code, it took a couple of days to tinker, but the task was completed, wayforpay is integrated into the site and payments work. After the client looked, I was surprised, the client wrote that this was not what he wanted and this work did not suit him, then it turned out even when everything was ready that the payment systems should be separate, that is, the client wanted there to be different ways payment in the basket *Privat* *Mono bank* and so on. The client also has a payment page on the wayforpay website so that the fonts are larger ... The client also loves not to specify the moments and then write * well, you didn’t ask *, that is, the moments are not indicated in the TOR and the client can ask to do it at any time something else and when you refuse to do it, the answer sounds *you didn’t ask about this, but I need it*.As a result, I failed to solve the issues on my own, and I turned to the arbitration and the arbitration closed the project 50 to 50.After 2 months at this point the customer again contacted me but to connect liqPay.I immediately answered the customer that *Sorry we had an arbitration on your site, and I think you want specifically now the project to open the shark to leave a bad feedback* to what the customer answered *This was a assistant.I don’t know exactly what happened there.The system has never been installed.If you are ready then we can discuss tz in the telephone mode and then write here * but I realized that it was probably the same person.The project was performed as always successfully but again the same grapes from the customer.Note, the task was to integrate liqPay into the site and so that the site can be paid through the liqPay system!But it turns out that the customer has the same SRM and there are orders going.I have repeatedly asked before opening the project * did you all clarify?Have we all talked?I asked a lot of questions knowing what the customer is. But the client writes *I paid through likpay and the order did not get into the CRM system* to which I replied to the client *And you didn’t say anything about CRM* the client’s answer, as always, simply killed me *Well, you didn’t ask* and it immediately became clear what it was the same person and not * assistant *. Since we already had arbitration on the previous project, I decided to spend some more time and study integration with CPM and fix it so that orders go to CPM the same way. The availability of the client is also only a couple of times a day, the client gave me his number, but if everything was a voice, then it would not be possible to prove something later, it has already been verified for so many years that correspondence on the service is better. Also delaying the project for reasons unknown to me on the part of the customer. The conclusion is this, I can’t advise this customer, no one should be engaged in telepathy, or spend time correcting something not specified in the TOR with the argument * Well, you didn’t ask * and according to the client, I had to guess something , understand how that orders should go to CPM.Each programming player calculates the work costs with the amount of the project.But when the submarine stones float to do anything for free here apologize.And even more for the previous project I paid 50% but the project was completed 100% simply the customer didn’t know what he wanted.
