Dissatisfied with the collaboration:
1) The client made significant changes to the initial task, and it was necessary to open another project in parallel for the revisions. The client refused to close this project until the revisions were made. New revisions appeared, then more and more, it seemed like it would be endless.
2) You submit revisions in the morning, and you might receive some reaction in a day or two. You immediately ask something, but you get a response the next day. The work is very long and tedious.
3) The client delayed the work and manipulated. The first revisions were evaluated, there was a separate project for them, but a bunch of additional revisions were added that should have been paid for, but the client refused to close any project and continued to send revisions. It happened that he said, "These are the last revisions, do them and we will close the project," but after the revisions were made, more revisions came in, and of course, no one closed the project. After some revisions, I submitted a video with watermarks. I had to say that I would contact arbitration, then the client said to give him the file without watermarks and he would close the project. I gave it. Of course, no one closed the project, and new revisions came in, meaning it was just a deception. I said that I would not make any more revisions until the project was closed and I would contact arbitration. The client closed the first project and supposedly all revisions were made, and the second project needed to be closed, but no, the client sent more revisions for the project with revisions) and insisted that I first accept the terms of the new (third project) for resizing the video, while previously refusing to close the previous project. While writing this review, I am doing this third project. Globally, nothing has changed in the work. Therefore, I am very dissatisfied, the experience is unpleasant.
