I do not recommend working with this client, I will explain why: here I will show a test of correspondence as the client gives the assignment, I simply copied his words and did not add anything
(I intentionally do not give references because I want to see how you feel the theme and if we are on the same wavelength. I am not looking for perfect execution, but for the vibe. I am interested in imagination, presentation, and creativity. I want to see how you interpret the idea, not a specific style.
I am ready to approve the test task on the conditions of 1800 UAH. This is a compromise that will allow us to test the work and understand if we are suitable for each other in style.

The agreement was for one version of a T-shirt print design, I provided 3 design options, the client did not like the designs, wanted me to do it in another style, I made edits to the design and provided 5 more options, the client again did not like everything, I asked for at least some examples and a description of how the design should look, to which the client gave me this vague answer (When I say "brand style" in the context of CMM, I mean: uniqueness that you want to wear. The print should look not like an illustration or emoji, but like a visual symbol of the brand.), no brand was provided as an example, based on this technical task you can make a million examples and none may be liked, the client wanted me to keep making designs endlessly until he liked something. I tried to get at least some information I could rely on, but the client did not provide it, after that I turned to arbitration, here is what the client wrote in arbitration.

Payment for the test task was not guaranteed.
The condition was — to provide your vision according to the general description of the brand. All further clarifications were part of communication, not a requirement for rework.

Payment depended on the result, which could potentially be used.
None of the proposed options (and there were 8) meet the stylistic level, quality, and visual concept of the brand. I clearly communicated this and provided detailed explanations to help align the style. The goal of the test task — to see how well the designer understands the brand style.

The designer's reaction in communication was emotional and passively aggressive, which unfortunately reduces the chances of further cooperation, regardless of the quality of the design.

Given this, I consider the test task not completed at a level that warrants payment.
I do not plan to use the results, the copyright remains with the designer.
