I am working on a project with Holex for the second time. The first collaboration went well. The second project was delayed in terms of deadlines and payment, and communication was significantly lower than before. Initially, Oleg (an employee of Holex) contacted me regarding this project, and we discussed everything before creating the project. From the very beginning, the deadlines were already a bit stretched because Oleg got sick (but we are all human, different situations happen), so I was understanding about it. When all the conditions were met to start the project, I began working on it. At the early stages of execution, everything was fine, Oleg was in touch. But in the last stages of the project, I couldn't get a response for 2 weeks. Oleg did not reply. The project was already completed, but unfortunately, there was still no response. Therefore, I was forced to contact "arbitration," but the client got in touch. It turned out that during the project, Oleg had left the company, which is why there was no communication regarding the project. Only after 2 weeks, another person, instead of Oleg - Diana (also an employee of Holex), contacted me. I received a response from Diana, which included requests for redesigning the page. I replied that the project did not involve redesign at all, that it was only necessary to change the color scheme of the site, make adjustments to one block with categories, and develop a logo, which was even indicated in the project title. Everything was done according to the project task that we discussed with Oleg before the project even started. I replied that if a redesign of the entire page is needed, I can do it, but a new project needs to be created with a description specifically for the redesign. In response, I received a question from Diana, "So these 4 thousand are going nowhere because of the incorrectly set task?" I did not understand what my fault was here and why I needed to write this, as it was Oleg who approached me with this project and clearly described the task that was completed. There was no mention of redesigning the entire page at all. I wrote this to Diana. After that, I received a response, "Hey, this complaint is not against you! Absolutely! I will talk to management now and get back to you." But after this message, I did not receive any more messages from Diana. If the complaints are not against me, then I do not understand why I need to write all this. They approached me, stated the task, we discussed the details, cost, and deadlines for the project, and only after that did we proceed to execution. Internal conflicts, defining the task, describing the project task - all of this concerns only the client and their subordinates; it should not concern the performer at all. The performer always executes the project according to the description and discussion of the project. That is why there was low communication in this project, deadlines were delayed by more than 2 weeks, and I spent two days trying to convey to Diana that the project was completed according to the task set for me, that redesign was not included in this project at all; I waited another two days for the project to finally be completed and paid!

Pleasant client. Good feedback communication. The initial project brief was a bit incomplete, but we discussed and supplemented everything during the work. The deadlines were also slightly extended, but I understand, as the website owners approved it, so that's how it turned out. Overall, it is comfortable and pleasant to work. I recommend.

There were a couple of pages of presentation. Paid test work. Received the task. Did it. There was no feedback. So I can't really evaluate the client. Seems like a decent person, so I give tens.
