The worst collaboration experience ever on the platform.

From the very beginning, the technical task, work format, and the clear division of the project into several stages were discussed in detail. The client accepted these conditions.

After completing the first stage, the client refused to accept the result in the agreed format and began to demand the acceptance of the next stage as a condition for closing the previous one. At the same time, the client's position changed — instead of several stages, the project was suddenly interpreted as one "final" stage, which directly contradicts the initial agreements.

As a result, the project was closed through arbitration, which confirmed that the task was completed in full accordance with the technical specifications, and payment was made to the contractor.

In a parallel stage (design), the client from the very beginning began to look for minimal formal deviations from the technical specifications, which appeared to be an attempt to delay or avoid the proper closure of the stage.

It is also worth noting that several people communicate from one account, among whom, obviously, there is no agreed position. This creates constant contradictions in the requirements and makes stable work impossible.

I do not recommend collaborating. The client changes the conditions during the work process, pressures through arbitration, and tries to obtain additional guarantees at the expense of the contractor, ignoring previous agreements.
