The impression of working with Evgen from the beginning was somewhat spoiled by the client's attempts to transfer communication to an external resource, which could have negative consequences for me as the performer, since the terms were already approved and the deadlines were quite tight for such a volume of work. Therefore, communication needed to be documented, and responses to work-related questions should be clear and unambiguous. Involvement of third parties from the client's side in the work process could lead to discrepancies and violations of previous agreements. In response to my categorical objection, the client reacted negatively, which does not allow me to recommend him for collaboration. Subsequently, the client delayed responses to current issues, which also led to delays in work.... Furthermore, the initial data for the development of the General Plan was provided only after the completion of section AR and after the overall deadline allocated for the work had expired. This resulted in an increase in the time required for this work. Thus, the work was completed, but a negative residue remained...
