Set up automatic data transfer from the application form on the WordPress site to the CRM RemOnline for further processing of applications by managers.
2. Input Data
The site runs on WordPress
There is a form (for example, via Contact Form 7, WPForms, or custom)
The following fields need to be transmitted:
Client's Name
Phone
Comment or Service
Source of the application (for example: page)
3. What the Programmer Should Do
1. Familiarize with the RemOnline API
RemOnline has a REST API: https://api-docs.remonline.app/
The programmer should:
Register an API key in RemOnline (the CRM administrator must create a token)
Check which endpoints are suitable for creating a new lead or order (most often —
POST /leadsorPOST /clients)
2. Implement the submission of the application to RemOnline
After submitting the form on the site, the data must:
be validated
be sent via HTTPS request to the CRM
It is important to use
curl,wp_remote_post()or another reliable mechanism for the REST APIError handling must be provided: logging failed applications to a file or database
3. Ensure Security
The API key is stored in a separate file or in environment variables, not in the plugin or theme code
All requests — only via HTTPS
Mandatory CSRF token verification for the form
Limit requests only from your domain, if possible
4. Create Logging
The programmer must implement logging of all requests and responses from the CRM to a log file (for debugging)
It is also desirable to have email notifications for application transmission errors
5. Verify Data Compliance
Check if the application enters the CRM with the correct fields
Check the handling of Cyrillic, special characters, and non-standard phone number formats
4. Result
The programmer must provide:
Working code, preferably as a plugin or code snippet (via Code Snippets or child-theme)
Documentation describing where the code is added and how to change the API key
Test log file with an example of submission
5. Additional (Optional)
Implement captcha (Google reCAPTCHA) for the form
Track UTM tags or referrer source for marketing analytics
