House project 150m2The impression of working with Evgen from the beginning was somewhat spoiled by the client's attempts to transfer communication to an external resource, which could have negative consequences for me as the performer, since the terms were already approved and the deadlines were quite tight for such a volume of work. Therefore, communication needed to be documented, and responses to work-related questions should be clear and unambiguous. Involvement of third parties from the client's side in the work process could lead to discrepancies and violations of previous agreements. In response to my categorical objection, the client reacted negatively, which does not allow me to recommend him for collaboration. Subsequently, the client delayed responses to current issues, which also led to delays in work.... Furthermore, the initial data for the development of the General Plan was provided only after the completion of section AR and after the overall deadline allocated for the work had expired. This resulted in an increase in the time required for this work. Thus, the work was completed, but a negative residue remained...

Ви отримаєте кота в мішку . Під виглядом "безкоштовного проекту" вам будуть будувати неякісний дешевий аварійний будинок . Ви марно витратите свої гроші .
Жодна , підкреслюю ЖОДНА будівельна фірма не має в своєму штаті достатньо кваліфікованого архітектора . Тому що архітектор не може працювати під керівництвом бригадира за зарплату , коли тобі кажуть що цього місяця ти отримаєш зарплату 20 тисяч гривень . Тоді коли будівельник-муляр третього розряду отримує в місяць більше 30 тисяч гривень . І коли бригадир в куфайці тобі розповідає як має виглядати будинок , а якщо не подобається то двері он там .
Вартість "безкоштовного" проекту буде включено у вартість будівельних робіт і цю вартість ви ніколи не дізнатеся . В архітектора вартість проекту може становити 3-5-10 % від вартості будівництва , тоді як вартість "безкоштовного" в будівельній фірмі ви ніколи не дізнаєтеся і не зможете проконтролювати .
Замовники замовляйте проекти на пряму в архітекторів які не працюють в фірмі що буде будувати будинок іяка зацікавлена в збільшенні обєміс робіт і в здешевленні собівартості .

Замовник пане Євген тут на сацйті в цій рубриці є дуже багато замовників які повторюють одну і ту ж саму помилку - вони вивішують проект будинку за 5
тисяч гривень або за 10 тисяч гривень або за 27 тисяч гривень . І результат завжди однаковий . Або замовник зявляєтьс в друге . в третє щоб йому за 1 тисячу гривень доробили проект томущо стрьомно і навіть безграмотний замовник розуміє що діло погане . Або результат буде ось такий - "Проект не виконано . Я самостійно продовжив термін, але все одно робота не зроблена.
Обіцянка вийти на зв'язок залишилась лише обіцянкою. Ні зразків, ні ескізів. Нічого..." .
Замовник як ви думаєте , це вина ваша якщо результат буде таким ? Або "не може бути щоб винним був замовник , це точно фрілансер винен , нічого було погоджуватися робити проект за 10 тисяч гривень а потім за ним ще потрібно доробляти " ?.
Хто винен якщо результат завжди однаковий - незавершений проект ?
Замовник я вам пишу що проекту будинку за 10 тис. і навіть за 27 тисяч гривень в природі не існує . Тепер ви не змажете сказати що вас не попереджали . І якщо результат буде "Проект не виконано ..." то це не буде для вас несподіванкою .
Але в мене є ще одна версія - замовникам якийсь незнайомець розповідає що все буде добре , розживешся пропектом за 27 тисяч гривень , а якщо пощастить то взагалі безкоштовно . І замовники ведуться . томущо людська жадібність і тупість - це нездоланна сила проти якої логіка не справляється .
