From the very beginning, the customer was very difficult to communicate with. Adequate answers to the questions posed in most cases were not given.

In the project posted on the site there was a phrase in general: "To form in a professional architectural environment the image of a successful competent architectural bureau..." I asked what the architectural bureau had to do with the design of the site about a taxi, to which they replied that it should be clear and so, you just need to think logically. Or a strange requirement for me as a designer to shoot/edit video for the site)) Similar answers to questions can be seen in the correspondence of the customer in the project with other designers.
In a similar form was the discussion of the entire project. A question was asked about direct cooperation, since there had never been any problems with this before, as evidenced by the reviews on https://www.fl.ru/users/alexmik71/opinions/?sort=1&period=&author=0#op_head, and I also did not want to lose on the commission, but the customer offered through the "Safe".I was not against, so I agreed.2ndThe customer said he liked the site in my portfolio and the animation on it, to which I answered that it was done with the html code by me, and would therefore increase the budget.What later annoyed the customer somehow, although before that she didn’t say anything that she wanted such an animation.ThreeEven before the collaboration began, I explained that the video designer does not shoot because it is not within his competence.4 .There was no mention of the second language before the start of cooperation, probably specifically, not to increase the budget.and 5.The letter as I wrote above was very complicated, I didn’t get any clear answers, so I asked again.The mobile version is usually made after all directions have been agreed, this is known to all designers), although the client has repeatedly insisted to make the mobile until the final directions have been agreed.They were not agreed.6 .For the calculators I immediately said that it will likely need the help of the side service.Unclearly I didn’t say what I’m going to do calculators, so because of the unclear explanation of the customer what he needs to count and how, I didn’t understand or on Tilde it is possible to do. When I realized that it was impossible to get a clear description of the desired work of calculators from the customer and my proposals to repeat once again how calculators should work are perceived as: “I wrote and I won’t repeat it a hundred times!”, I suggested subtracting 600-1000 UAH from the budget. and stop working on calculators.
7. Due to the fact that the customer did not answer the questions in an understandable way, the project was delayed.

There was a constant expectation of adequate edits, until the customer suddenly filed for arbitration.
