So, one can write a lot about this project. Previously, we collaborated, everything was more or less fine, although I had to wait about three days for the review of one text. Then a project came in for writing 22 texts, we agreed that I would submit them on Monday, there was no specific time for submission. During the day, I was not near my laptop, I logged in from my phone, but the site did not load, in the evening I logged in from my laptop, and I saw that I already had a negative review on the site and a service restriction for "failure to complete the project," even though Monday was not over yet. Naturally, I contacted arbitration, and it was decided that if I submitted the project by Tuesday morning at the latest, they would pay and change their review (at that moment I was already offline). In the morning, when the project was moved to the execution stage, I sent all the texts, it was around 9 AM. After that, the client simply stopped responding, unfortunately, even though I asked not to delay the review, since now due to his fault I have restrictions and cannot take on other work. At 4:52 PM he wrote that he was reviewing the texts and would respond within an hour. In the end, at 10 PM I received a message saying, "We will pay as soon as we check." This outraged me even more, as the texts were urgently needed, deadlines were tight, and not a single person touched the review for a whole day, to which I received the reply, "Where are your manners, we have another 100 projects besides this one." In the end, one can conclude that when you do not respond to them within a day, it is a negative review, without waiting for a response, while when they ignore you, it is normal because they have things to do... Oh well, the main thing is that the project was eventually closed and the restriction was lifted. Good luck.

In general, it is professionally. But because the customer is a representative of the agency, clarifications, directions, and any contact in principle takes days... weeks... Even with a discount on mediation between the final customer and me I don’t imagine how the project managed to close after 2.5 weeks after its implementation. On payment, explanations - there are no questions, but be careful that the project taken can be long-lasting.
