But in the project, as it turned out, it is difficult to calculate the exact completion date at 100%, as the client required.
I asked for an extension, explaining that there was still work to be done, but the client did not agree to further cooperation.
The justified arguments presented for extending the deadlines were ignored and not accepted at all.
The client insisted that all the work was just simple copy-pasting, while a significant part was done at the backend and was not visible.
He emphasized that he was not a specialist, but at the same time tried to dictate how the work process should be structured.
The technical specification I was working on, as it turned out later from correspondence with the client, needed to be constantly agreed upon and clarified for each page of the website.
That is, from the very beginning, the technical specification that I adhered to was not clearly formulated by the client.
The client's logic of actions in the end looks strange: he was not ready to wait a few days to complete an almost finished project, but was ready to lose money and wait a month for another freelancer to start everything from scratch.
For me, this meant losing a whole month of work.
Polite communication can create a false impression of the client. He tries to conduct communications outside the service.
Anyone who dares to work with him should carefully review his activity on the service.
I highly do not recommend cooperating with Stas.
