По факту результатами не удовлетворен, поскольку результаты (не считая оплаты работы) следующие:
Затраты на ГУГЛ: 4,6.
Получено заявок на сумму: 2,6
При этом товар вполне ходовой, и по другим каналам продажи были.

Сразу обозначу, что по яндекс директ работала впервые. И, это в том числе повлияло на результат.
БЫЛИ некорректно установлены цели на кнопки нашим тех специалистом, а Дмитрий вовремя не отреагировал. Реклама была запущена, поскольку сроки поджимали, а выводы теперь по этим результатам на будущее, мы сделать не можем.
Не была донесена значимость этих кнопок. Чем я и недовольна.
Вцелом - Дмитрий отвечает на вопросы, даёт обратную связь и выходит на контакт. Но, мне, как новичку, хотелось бы больше пояснений и более тщательного ведения рекламной кампании.
