  • Creation and launch of an advertising campaign in Google AdWo

    Contextual Advertising
    I was given the following tasks:
    1) Competitor analysis
    2) Setting up contextual advertising from scratch
    3) Deadline of 5 days (4 days for material preparation, 1 day for settings)

    What I did:
    1) Using the serpstat service, I conducted a competitor analysis, identified their weaknesses and strengths. I analyzed ads, keywords, and unique selling propositions. I formatted this into a document and sent it to the client.
    2) I wrote unique masks, using key collector, and gathered keywords. The niche is narrow, so I additionally used Google's "Keyword Planner."
    3) Once I received all the keywords, I added them to Excel and began grouping them by themes and groups, adhering to maximum relevance. I obtained 6 campaigns. I separated Ukrainian requests and Russian ones. I also divided them by products; the client only has 3 types of products, so there was no point in dividing further.
    4) I compiled a list of negative keywords.
    5) After dividing all the keywords into groups and campaigns, I started working on the ads.
    6) During the competitor analysis, I identified the main problem: they do not use dynamic keyword insertion and have few unique texts.
    7) For each group, I wrote 3 ads, using dynamic keyword insertion in the title 1; if the product name was long, I added it to the description.
    8) I created Ukrainian and Russian language extensions.
    9) I formatted everything into one file and sent it to the client.
    10) The client approved it, and I began uploading it to the advertising account.

    Creating an advertising campaign from scratch takes 5 days.
    I continue to collaborate with the client.
  • Online School Case

    Contextual Advertising
    Client: online school for students in grades 1-6.
    Task: acquire clients who will sign a contract for the academic year. 1 month of training from 3000 UAH.
    Budget: limited, for the start - 2000 UAH.
    Started setup on August 19, configured everything and launched on August 21.

    Steps I took before the launch: Analyzed our website.
    Highlighted the advantages.
    Design, texts, reputation of the school.
    Identified the disadvantages of the website:
    loading speed, few buttons for applications, unique selling proposition not fully formed.

    Proposed:
    Add buttons for applications.
    Remove animation, website loading speed improved by 25%.
    Background added instead of animation.
    Provided the first two days for free to all interested.

    Collection of semantics for writing ads:
    - Divided campaigns into Ukrainian-speaking and Russian-speaking.
    - Collected 411 keywords, 790 negative keywords;
    - Wrote 3 ads for each target audience, used DVCs;
    - Collected all queries from competitors;
    - Set up conversion tracking.

    Launch of advertising.

    We planned to advertise throughout Ukraine. However, this was a big mistake.
    Advertising ran from the 21st to the 26th of August.
    We spent 1281 UAH. Received 0 applications.

    After such results, I suggested stopping the advertising.

    Then I thought: “Let’s focus only on Kyiv and the region.” Changed the bidding strategy: I used manual bidding, switched to target impressions in the top 80%, set the maximum price per click to 4 UAH.

    After these changes, we started receiving applications and calls.
    We consistently received 2-3 applications and calls every day.
    During this period, we received the application price of 260 UAH. This does not include calls.

    The result of my work.
    We spent 9500 UAH. (8000 UAH - client’s money, 1500 UAH - promo code), and received: 32 applications and 15 calls.

    Of these, 30 clients agreed to the free 2 lessons.
    21 clients signed a training contract.
    Price of one application/call - 202 UAH.
    Price of one contract - 452 UAH.

    Solution: ➛ Confirmation of greeting: An automated personalized greeting has been implemented for new users, ensuring a warm start. ➛ Webinar reminder: An automation for reminders has been created, encouraging registered users to attend webinars. ➛ Sales page visit: Automatic tracking of users on the sales page has been introduced without further promotion, initiating targeted interaction. ➛ Order page visit: An automation has been developed to identify users who did not complete their purchase, with further incentives and support. ➛ Making a purchase: A feedback system has been created to thank users for their purchase and ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
    Result: Implementation of a series of automations that provide personalization and user engagement.

    Several funnel options have been developed using powerful visualization tools such as Miro and Whimsical. These tools facilitate collaboration and are versatile for creating various types of funnels and diagrams.

    The result is a set of effective and visually appealing funnels tailored to the specific needs of the business. Whether it is e-commerce, services, or webinars, the use of Miro and Whimsical provides a dynamic and collaborative approach to visualizing and enhancing these critical business processes.
  • Data exchange between ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, and Make.com

    Email Marketing
    Add HubSpot contact ID field in ActiveCampaign. ➞ Create ActiveCampaign contact ID field in HubSpot. ➞ Set up ActiveCampaign webhook for Make. ➞ Test the webhook for functionality. ➞ Implement "Get Contact" module to collect additional data. ➞ Debug ActiveCampaign integration with Make. ➞ Develop contact creation in HubSpot through the module.

    Result: An enhanced system with integrated contact identifier fields, webhooks for data exchange, access to additional contact information, and optimized integration between ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, and Make.
