      What the client brought
      Maria had only made sales to a warm audience and decided for the first time to try launching to a cold audience. There was an idea to launch through a mini-course, and it was necessary to build a funnel from scratch: from the first touchpoint to payment.

      Main request: to test a paid product on a cold audience, to break even from the first sales, and to lay the foundation for a stable automated funnel.

      Tasks that were set
      - Launch sales to a cold audience from scratch, without warming up
      - Test the hypothesis of the mini-course "head-on"
      - Build an automated funnel: advertising → mini-course → chatbot → flagship product
      - Achieve break-even already at the first stage
      - Lay the foundation for a scalable system

      What was done
      - The funnel was completely developed from scratch: creatives → sale of the mini-course → chatbot → automated funnel to the flagship product
      - The landing page was packaged for direct sales:
      offer, structure, bonus, deadline, impulse triggers
      - Business manager, ad account, pixel, and conversion API were set up
      - The connection of advertising → landing page → bot was established, and tracking was built at all stages
      - Different formats of creatives were tested:
      talking head, trigger offers, text videos
      - Campaigns were launched to cold audiences: leads and sales
      - A strategy for optimization was prepared: A/B tests, intensifying pain points, reframing the offer
      - A sales manager was connected for follow-up after the webinar
      - A system was built from which scaling can be based

      Results
      In this case, it is important to understand the mechanics.
      The mini-course is not required to earn by itself.
      For such a funnel, a working mini-product with up to -40% ROAS is considered normal,
      if break-even and profit are laid out at the flagship stage.
      This is exactly what the system was built for.

      What was actually achieved
      During the work period:
      - advertising budget - $3,662
      - sales of the mini-course - 392
      - average CPS HP - $9.34
      - revenue from the mini-course - $2,759

      At the level of the mini-course, some launches operated at a loss - within an acceptable model.
      The key result came from the next stage of the funnel.

      Sales of the flagship product through warming up
      - revenue from the flagship product - $10,600
      - net profit - $9,696
      - final ROAS across the entire funnel - 264%+

      It is important that a base of "warm" subscribers was formed through the automated funnel with high engagement, who will continue to purchase courses.
      The launch not only achieved stable profit but also confirmed the viability of the funnel for scaling.

    • Promotion of courses for psychologists

      What the client brought
      Before our collaboration began, Olesya had already tried to launch advertising several times with different specialists, but unsuccessfully. None of the attempts brought stable results or sales.

      Money was spent on advertising.
      Sales were episodic or absent.
      Trust in advertising was at zero.

      At the same time:
      - strong expert
      - live products
      - real demand from the audience

      It was not the advertising as a tool that did not work, but the approach to it.

      What tasks were set
      - Set up effective advertising that does not waste the budget but brings targeted people
      - Attract subscribers and leads at a reasonable price - focusing on psychologists, social workers, volunteers, and people with disabilities
      - Bring the audience to new courses without marathons and long warming-ups
      - Create not a one-time result, but a model that can be repeated and scaled

      What was done
      - Analyzed previous launches and the reasons why they did not work
      - Repackaged offers and presentation scenarios under real triggers of the target audience (psychologists, volunteers, people with disabilities)
      - Completely redesigned the landing page: simplified the structure, strengthened the accents, shortened the customer journey to purchase
      - Created a new system of creatives: expert, engaging, storytelling
      - Developed a system of regular launches: every month or two - a new product
      - Established working connections → stable flow of leads and sales
      - Connected analytics and automatic performance control: disabling weak connections, scaling successful ones
      - Updated and optimized funnels for each course based on the results of previous launches

      Results

      First month. Test without implementing the system
      At the start, I:
      - packaged the product for advertising
      - selected a working audience
      - structured the presentation in the creatives
      - provided specific recommendations for the landing page and funnel
      But changes in the funnel and sales structure were not implemented.

      As a result:
      - the budget was spent
      - advertising brought "clicks"
      - sales - 0
      This was a telling moment:
      advertising cannot pull a weak or unprepared sales system.

      Second month. Working by the system
      From the second month, the client:
      - completely redesigned the funnel
      - simplified the customer journey
      - strengthened the offer and sales logic
      - implemented all key recommendations

      Result for the same product:
      - ROAS 1393.81%
      - 32 sales
      - stable profitability already in the first full launch
      Then we simply scaled the working model.

      Summary after several months of work
      - advertising budget: $2,467
      - leads: 514
      - average CPL: $4.80
      - sales: 91
      - revenue: $19,312
      - net profit: $16,845
      - average ROAS: 682%
      - in individual launches ROAS 1200–1400%+
      Launches are for different products.
      The system adapts rather than being rebuilt from scratch each time.

      This case clearly shows the difference between "just launching advertising" and building a system.
      When the funnel was not ready, the advertising honestly showed this. After the client implemented the proposed changes, the same product began to consistently generate sales and high profitability.

      As a result, advertising became not a one-time attempt but a working sales channel that scales from launch to launch.

    • Promotion of a family psychology blog

      What the client brought

      Maria created a new Instagram page because the old one was put in a "shadow ban" after giveaways. There were almost no followers, and expertise needed to be built from scratch.
      - Theme: family psychology
      - There was one reel that went viral in recommendations, but there was no content system and funnel
      - Warm-up and traffic were launched for the first time

      What tasks were set
      - Bring 10,000 TARGETED followers to the blog (! ultimately more than 36,000 came) - girls and women interested in family psychology, the topic of male-female relationships, and the development of their femininity/sexuality.
      - Prepare the page and blog for the long-term launch of courses.

      What was done
      - Analyzed the market of competitors - blogs on similar topics, psychologists. Popular blogs in the CIS and abroad.
      - Developed a promotion plan and content funnel strategy: reels → profile → engagement → subscription
      - Formulated a subscriber acquisition strategy through Reels Ads focusing on engaging and expert content
      - Tested different scenarios for Reels and presentation: from expert studio reels to checklist content
      - Developed a guide for the lead magnet and connected a chatbot for automation of delivery
      - Conducted audience segmentation and hypothesis testing based on interests
      - Analyzed conversions for each creative: tracking which ad campaigns actually lead to subscriptions
      - Optimized the cost per subscriber to consistently low values (0.25$ and below)
      - Ensured even scaling of the budget with efficiency control
      - Built a system for stable subscriber acquisition, suitable for scaling and launching courses

      Results
      - During the time working on the project (work is ongoing), 36,463 targeted subscribers were gained at an average cost of 0.25$, which is 2-3 times lower than the average market cost per subscriber
      - Conversion from profile visits to subscriptions: 32.73%, in recent months - up to 80%
      - The blog grew to 30K+ active audience - an excellent base for further launches :)
