Project for AndroidTV system for an Israeli hotel chain:

The development of the AndroidTV system project for the network of Israeli hotels was aimed at customizing the interface according to the branding of each hotel. This not only enhanced marketing opportunities but also elevated guest service standards. My efforts were focused on optimizing the process of media file loading and installation on devices, as well as optimizing the application's memory usage. I also reduced the amount of outdated code and conducted its optimization. To upgrade the entire application, I initiated a rewrite of the project from scratch, focusing on implementing a Single Activity and Clean Architecture. My responsibilities included clarifying requirements with the client, planning the scope of work and functionality, mentoring a junior developer after the trainee program, supporting the application, adding new features, refactoring, and bug fixing.
