Website Redesign for a Global Esports Service Provider


My client was a service provider specializing in gaming and esports consulting. Initially, the company operated only in the local market, but after a shift in business strategy, they decided to expand globally. This required not just a visual redesign, but a complete UX overhaul and a revamp of the order flow to align with the new business model.

In addition to adapting the website for the global market, two key goals were set:
