Charge station for electric vehicles
Embedded Systems & MicrocontrollersFastCharge DC station supported by ChaDeMo and ICC protocols. 10 modules of 70 kVA each, the total output current of the station is 125 A and the maximum voltage is 800 V. It provides the transformation of energy from a variable 360V to a constant, and vice versa. It can generate 220V AC from a permanent both from the ver-bank batteries and from the car battery. It supports different mode of charging and discharge of the car battery. The industrial microcontrollers TI Hercules and Infenion AURIX are used.In total, about 40 microcontrollers are used in one station, with the main controlers carry 80% of their 512 legs.

The car tracker.
Embedded Systems & MicrocontrollersThe device gathers information about the operation of the vehicle and the driver's behavior and transmits it to the server. STM32F103, GPS (uBlox), GPRS (Centurion), accelerometer. The device is connected to the OBD drive of the car on the CAN line. Data collection is carried out according to the OBD2, ISO-TP and FSM protocols. These data, as well as the data on the vehicle accelerations, are transmitted to the server along with the coordinates taken from the GPS.

Embedded Systems & MicrocontrollersUsually 20-30 devices in one room with a variety of sensors (RFID, capacity and microwave sensors, IK sensors and IK lines, thermometers, etc. p) control a variety of performing devices (BLDC and step engines, electromagnetic locks and valves, lamps, etc. p) integrated into a single wireless network by modules NRF24L01. The computer receives notifications about the performance of the sensors and emits the commands to the performing devices according to the script. It makes no sense to bring the lists of devices, because there were many of them: code locks, sensory fields and fields, interactive altars and a lot of things that can’t be described in two words.

Robotized warehouse car
Embedded Systems & Microcontrollers6-wheel robot carrier with a carried mass of 150kg. The leading wheels are medium, the BLDC motor wheels at 200W each. 3 levels of sensors: ultrasonic distance meters, nearby zone (up to 60 cm), contact buttons on all 4 sides. Navigation is inercial with correction on the IC-mays, movement on the specified routes. Route selection is either done from the local control panel or by command from the server. Transportation, planning and change of routes is carried out by a program on a computer. Connecting the robots to the computer by NRF24L01, installed in the IC-mags.

Multi-Canal Sniffers of the Car

The device is designed to take into account a large number of connectivity options to the CAN line (different termination options). The data is consistently accumulated in the operating memory of the controller, in the external OZU, on the SD card and is transmitted to the computer by UART. STM32F107, TJA1055, MCP2551.

Vehicle CAN immobilizer

Can-shine extension
Embedded Systems & MicrocontrollersTwo-sided data transmission between two devices, each of which receives and transmits data from the CAN line. The devices were designed as a bridge between the CAN line of the car and the remote diagnostic tablet. The project is implemented on ESP32, CAN-transiver TJA1050. The server is connected via WiFi/TCP/MQTT. Also, a system of direct connection between the devices was implemented.
