The work was done extremely unprofessionally. Initially, the contractor agreed to create a fully editable and neat analog of the technical passport in Word, preserving the structure and appearance of the original. After payment was made, the deadlines were constantly postponed, communication was unstable, and instead of a quality result, a document of terrible quality was sent, which did not meet the technical specifications at all.
The contractor himself admitted that "no program can handle it" and that everything has to be transferred manually, although during the order acceptance he assured that he would be able to complete the work. As a result, the project dragged on for several days beyond the agreed deadline, and I still did not receive the finished result.
I do not recommend for tasks where deadlines, quality, and responsibility are important.
