Видел такое когда-то. Это глюки не 1С, а сервера - записи за период пропадают на нескольких компьютерах и прекрасно видны на других. Попробуйте запустить ее на локальном компьютере и убедитесь, что все хорошо. Если нет, то "Тестирование и исправление", если нет, то загрузка с последнего хорошего архива.
