От поставщиков поступают прайсы. Перед заливкой в 1С их предварительно обрабатывают менеджеры. С полями обработанного прайса можно ознакомится здесь:

После загрузки в 1С необходимо выгрузить все на сайт интернет магазин.
В товарах есть особенность: связанные опции, когда есть соотвествии по наличию в определенной связке: Цвет и Размер товара. Например, красный xl; зелёный xl; красный s и т.д.

В любом случае, цена указана за все, меняться может в пределах 10% (при условии, что доработки будут только на стороне 1С, а на стороне сайта их будет делать Ваш программист, в противном случае надо будет так же посмотреть, что у вас на сайте есть).
