Добрый день.
Нужно в 1с настроить выгрузку и загрузку данных в формате json.
выгрузку: товар, цены, фото, наличие, данные о поставщике, дата расходной накладной
загрузку: заказ покупателя.

Какая конфигурация? Можете выложить примеры файлов для загрузки и выгрузи? Выгрузка планируется ручная или автоматическая? Откуда будут браться эти файлы?

Вам выгрузка-загрузка именно файлов нужна? Или это выгрузка-загрузка с какого-нибудь Веб-сервиса?

И еще вопрос - какая у Вас версия платформы 1С?
Этот момент важный, т.к. в последних версиях 1С добавили платформенную поддержку JSON, и на них задачи работы с JSON существенно проще (и быстрее) решаются.
