The Stickman/Doodle style (like in your example with Tarot) currently works best in advertising — it breaks through "banner blindness" with its simplicity and humor.
But for "stick-stick-cucumber" to sell, the character must have charisma.

I am engaged in motion design and illustration (Startfire Studio). My approach to such videos:
1. Technique: I draw vector graphics in Illustrator/Animate. The lines will be clear but "alive" (the effect of a trembling outline/hand-drawn style).
2. Animation: I bring it to life in After Effects. I use principles of classical animation (squash/stretch) so that even the simplest character moves emotionally and humorously.
3. Script: I help package meanings into 15-30 seconds to maximize audience retention.

Regarding AI (Runway/Pika): I use them as auxiliary tools (for example, for quick background generation), but I do the stickman acting by hand — this ensures precise alignment with the script, which neural networks cannot consistently achieve yet.
Estimated cost:
For one video (15-30 sec) with character development and animation: from 2000-4000 UAH.
