- Not only 3D design is needed, but also a parametric model / code (OpenSCAD or similar)
- The code must be clear and suitable for manual editing (so I can change dimensions and check the model myself)
The task is to adapt the model to new dimensions and other purposes.
What needs to be done:
- Redesign the box for 5 perfume atomizers
- Create precise mounting holes for the bottles
- Preserve the structure: body + lid + hinge (axis)
- Maintain a "premium" appearance (rounding, proportions)
Dimensions:
- Diameter of holes: 15.6 mm
- Depth of holes: 22.5 mm
- Bottle protrusion: ~28 mm
Box dimensions:
- Width: ~95 mm
- Depth: ~28 mm
- Height (with lid): ~60 mm
- Rounding radii: ~4 mm
Requirements:
- Consideration for 3D printing (PLA)
- Clearances for moving parts: 0.2 mm
- Correct operation of the hinge (the lid must open without sticking)
- The model must be printable (without errors, manifold)
Output format:
- STEP + STL
- Also preferably the source file (Fusion 360 / SolidWorks, etc.)
