In my work, I use precise 3D modeling of emblems, overlays, moldings, columns, and other decorative elements, taking into account the specifics of subsequent milling. I pay special attention to the cleanliness of the geometry, correct radii, detailing of the relief, and the suitability of the model for production to minimize potential issues during the processing stage.

Tools: Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush (for decorative relief), model preparation for CNC, export in .blend, .max, .3ds formats, and others as needed.

Decorative overlays can be easily made on a three-axis machine, while columns will require a four-axis machine. I will create the 3D models in 3D Max, and I will provide the working files for milling in STL format. It is advisable to divide the columns for easier milling, and I will do that. I will also provide the source files. Upon request, I can send photos of the products I have milled on my machines based on the models I created. There are several photos in my portfolio.
