Я так розумію ціна трохи обмежена за таку роботу, оскільки створення персонажу з нуля буде "пристойна". Не впевнений що кількість нулів вказав вірно. Як варіант цей персонаж можна спробувати "витягнути" з уже існуючої гри. Вам персонаж потрібний для чого?
