Уважаемый Никита вам нужен не PHP а Node.js потому что он один из всего что имеется поддерживает толково websocket, который вам нужен, если я правильно понял вам нужно что бы от одного пользователя другому приходили сообщения без перезагрузки страницы, то это только node.js. Я умею программировать на node.js. Если нужен пример готов показать. Только выйдите на связь
