Адаптация HTML шаблона под Joomla 3
Приобретен HTML шаблон.

Тема устраивает практически всем, но она сделана в виде HTML шаблона.
Задача - адаптировать шаблон для использования Joomla 3.
Допускается чистая установка, с очисткой базы Joomla.
Заполнение сайта будет производиться "с нуля".
Поэтому наличие тестового заполнения любыми текстами не будет являться препятствием.
Основные требования к дизайну сайта:
- двуязычность сайта - русский и английский языки
- responsive дизайн - для удобства работы, как со стационарных компьютеров, так и с мобильных устройств.
