Certificates are not currently issued, you can obtain an extract from the relevant system with an electronic digital signature (as many copies as needed) and also affix an apostille, or I can obtain it as a representative (also an extract), but for this, you need to personally contact the Department of Informatization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
We will discuss the specific cost for each direction additionally (to understand, the approximate cost for the certificate will be 3600 (because if the Civil Registry Office makes a request at the place of birth, you will need to come again, and this will affect the cost) + the cost of forms and services of the Civil Registry Office + the cost of the apostille), for Kyiv it needs to be calculated because I am territorially located in Poltava).
