I would separate the scoring — I wouldn’t let the LLM calculate weight coefficients, but would do it with pure code based on filled fields, as it’s more predictable. The LLM only conducts the dialogue and extracts data into a structure.

For media files (work photos) — S3 or local storage + Telegram file_id for quick access. Recording in Google Sheets via a service account.

A few questions:

1) Work.ua / OLX parsing — do you have official access or through an open resume directory? Because OLX has a rate limit and ToS that restricts this. I can go through them, but we need to discuss it separately.

2) WhatsApp Business API — do you already have a registered Meta Business account and number? If not — this is a separate block of work (2-3 weeks for Meta verification).

3) Are there examples of 2-3 real dialogues with candidates right now, as the HR conducts them? This is the most useful for building the prompt — the LLM needs to be shown the correct tone.
