The task:
create a full working "verstka" based on the design using wordpress cms.
all the html for the header and the footer must be set inside header.php and footer.php
all the body content must go inside page builder.

the css file need to be prepared for LTR and RTL. this mean you have to work on style.css which will be the base of theme css (also the LTR)
and another file rtl.css this mean when rtl.css will be included the website will be full RTL.
* important note, when you work with rtl, you must set the wordpress admin to hebrew this way wordpress add to the html dir=rtl
Important:
* all the the elements must be managed from wordpress admin
* website must be full responsive without any bugs.
* use some nice effects for button hover, menu and etc...
i have installed 2 simple themes witch you can select as your start point
1. hello by elementor - this theme will work the best with elementor page builder.
2. UnderStrap - combines the Underscores starter theme and Bootstrap 4
