1. Алгоритм расчёта рейтинга Карточек на основе отзывов и сортировки по нему (с учётом дополнительных параметров и фактора рейтинг 4.5 при 100 голосах vs 5.0 при одном голосе)
2. Алгоритм определения популярности Карточек на основе – их стартовой популярности (экспертной оценки), количества просмотров их страниц, просмотра их видео, заказов, отзывов, оценок – за всё время и за последние X дней
3. Алгоритм построения сбалансированной системы категорий на основе дерева тегов с учётом количества Карточек, их популярности за всё время и за X дней, а также приоритетов, разрешений/запретов и иных параметров тегов
4. Алгоритмы умной сортировки с учётом не только прямых параметров, но и косвенных.

Хороша задача! Тільки потрібно грамотно сформулювати. Використовуючи, наприклад, SMART-підхід. А потім уже ТЗ і алгоритм. Навряд чи варто поспішати і розробляти алгоритм. Непогано було б побачити приклад. Це щось типа Розетки?
