Good day! It is not possible to significantly increase the speed on Elementor (up to 90+ on desktop and mobile), it is very overloaded with styles, even if unnecessary widgets are disconnected and CSS/HTML is compressed to the maximum, the best result is "squeezing" 80+.
I am writing this from experience as we have created more than 100 sites on Elementor. Therefore, there is no point in spending 8k on an audit, any professional specialist will tell you the same.

Solution 1: CDN plugin (there is only one such plugin that actually copes with the task) - raises to 90+ on mobile and desktop even on Elementor (we use it)
Solution 2: disabling widgets, compressing headers, scripts, CSS - 75-80 mobile desktop
Solution 3: rewrite on WordPress and Carbon Fields - then the speed will be 95+
