We are developing a government-grade, offline-first Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system designed for PHC, CHC, and small hospitals operating in low or no-internet environments. The system supports 30+ days offline operation, local LAN sync, and later cloud synchronization.
The EMR integrates OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Bed Management, and Referrals, with role-based workflows for doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and pharmacists. Voice-first data entry, audit-safe logs, and compliance with Indian public health programs are core requirements.
This is a serious long-term healthcare platform, not a demo app.
Key Skills Required:
- Android (Kotlin preferred)
- Offline-first architecture (SQLite / Room / sync engines)
- Healthcare workflows (EMR/HIS/LIMS – real experience preferred)
- API integration (REST / JSON)
- Secure local networking & background sync
- Government / health data sensitivity awareness
Engagement Type: Contract / Freelance
Duration: 3–6 months (extendable)
Outcome: Production-ready EMR modules
Project 2: Jan Arogya (Janarogya) – Community & Public Health Digital Platform
Project Description (Short):
We are building Jan Arogya (Janarogya) — a population-scale public health platform focused on community health, maternal & child health, disease screening, and follow-ups, aligned with Indian National Health Mission (NHM) workflows.
The platform supports field-level users (ASHA/ANM) and healthcare facilities with offline data capture, beneficiary tracking, referrals, alerts, and dashboards. It integrates structured health forms, household-level data, and program-wise reporting.
This is a mission-critical health system, designed for real government deployment, not a consumer app.
Key Skills Required:
- Android development (field-use optimized apps)
- Offline data capture & sync logic
- Form-based workflows & validations
- Role-based access & dashboards
- Experience with public health / government programs preferred
- Clean, scalable, production-grade code
Engagement Type: Contract / Freelance
Duration: 3–6 months (extendable)
Outcome: Field-ready Android modules
