Glitch animation bitmap
Hello everyone,
We need two 3-4 second animations in mp4 format in glitch bitmap style for a TikTok filter. The format should be vertical.
One animation will serve as the background, and the other will be overlaid on the person's figure, so it should be more dense. Both animations should visually work together within the silhouette of the person.
Here are a few examples. I believe something similar can be achieved with scripts.
