Приз – загруженная картинка определенного размера с надписями и гиперссылками.

Добрый день! Нужно уточнить подробности, но задача интересная.
Есть опыт работы с VK Api (Python, PHP).
Можно через их апи получить всех, кто лайкнул или прокомментировал запись (или выбрать тех, кто оставил больше всего комментов или, скажем, от 5 до 10 комментариев). Ручной список проблем тоже не представляет, сдлеаем так, чтобы можно было в список загрузить id'шки страниц и разыгрывать среди них.
Вопрос возникает только по условию - картинка с надписями и гиперссылками. Надписи и ссылки прямо на картинке? Или в подписи к ней?
