Project Description:
We are looking for a systems architect and automation specialist (Amazon, AI Agents, Google Sheets, Excel) who can help transform "disparate spreadsheets" into a cohesive automated ecosystem for an Amazon business. Or to build this system from scratch in general.
Current Problem:
Currently, the data infrastructure is decentralized: metrics (SellerCentral, SellerBoard, inventory reports) are stored in different files. There is no unified architecture, leading to excessive manual management and duplication of identifiers. There is a lack of data control mechanisms and automated reporting, which creates risks of errors in cost calculations, inventory levels, sales planning, and timely stock replenishments.
Goal:
To build an architecture and implement a system where data is updated automatically, and manual input is minimized. It is important to integrate AI agents for report processing and routine automation, especially where the work involves text processing.
What Needs to Be Done:
Architecture Development: Creating connections between blocks (production, transportation, Warehouse/Inventory, Finance/Cost, planning, control).
Check if automation of import is possible: Setting up data pulling from Amazon reports (Business Reports, Settlement Reports, FBA Shipments) via API or using AI agents. Currently, reports are downloaded manually.
Inventory Accounting and Logistics: Linking inventory across all warehouses, in transit, and on Amazon (AWD/FBA). Setting up automatic cost calculation (Net Cost) considering logistics and commissions.
Data Quality System: Automatic alerts if data does not match (for example, the sum of warehouse invoices does not correspond to the number of products, a product has been left for 30 days, urgent replenishment is needed).
AI Integration: Using AI for inventory analysis, forecasting stock replenishment (Restock), or processing unstructured data.
Technology Stack:
Google Sheets (formulas, Apps Script).
Make (Integromat) / Zapier.
AI Agents (OpenAI API / Claude / LangChain).
Amazon SP-API (a plus).

Collaboration Format: The project is large, so we start with consultation and audit. At the first stage, we need:
Your vision of the structure (how to connect the blocks, data will be provided)
Understanding which data we can pull automatically and which through AI, which we will download ourselves
Assessment of timelines and implementation budget.
We need a specialist with experience in developing complex ecosystems and designing data architecture. Understanding e-commerce processes and the logic of Amazon reports will be a significant advantage.
