We use Kommo CRM with a configured sales funnel and autobots for one product. We are looking for an experienced performer (freelancer or team) for a comprehensive modernization of the system.
Required work:
1. Bug fixing: Analyze and fix all issues in the existing sales funnel, including automations.
2. Funnel refinement: Implement necessary improvements to enhance efficiency.
3. Marketing setup: Organize marketing in the Digital funnel, including automated mailings, analytics, and integration of promotion tools.
4. AI assistant integration: Select and integrate an AI assistant that will:
• Analyze the database, scripts, and goals at each stage of the funnel.
• Provide relevant information in the client's language based on data from the client card and correspondence.
• Automatically call the manager if needed.
• Support auto responses, ideally with integration of SMS and voice functions.
5. Expansion for a second product: Integrate into the existing funnel or create a new one for the second product with its own scripts, maintaining the logic and sequence of the first funnel.
