Responsibilities
— communication with clients in chats
— working with clients in Telegram
— answering client calls
— filling out documents, forms, templates
— working with contracts and documents
— sorting and systematizing documents
— working with Google Docs and Google Sheets
— using Google Translate if necessary
— using ChatGPT to speed up tasks
— monitoring client payments
— monitoring contract signing
— assisting clients with current issues
— performing organizational tasks for the manager
Requirements
— confident PC skills
— good knowledge of Telegram
— ability to work with Google Docs / Google Sheets
— attention to documents
— proficient writing skills
— responsibility and discipline
— ability to learn quickly
— willingness to master new tools
— readiness to work with ChatGPT (if no experience, must learn quickly)
