Therefore, priority will be given to those who can communicate in English right away.
Examples of tasks:
Currently, there are 4 tasks:
1. We are looking for an apartment: we open real estate portals, find listings based on a specific request, write to agents, and find those who actually have the apartment we need. We enter into a spreadsheet those who have an apartment and details about it. Communication with agents via WhatsApp in English. If we find a suitable apartment and close a deal, there is a bonus of hundreds of dollars. Everything is recorded in the spreadsheet.
2. Sending emails to agents. We go to another site and send our letter to all agents on the site through a form.
3. We look for similar sites in other countries, enter them into a spreadsheet, and send the same as in point 2.
4. We take a list of apartment owners, find them on WhatsApp and Telegram, and identify those who want to sell their property. We enter them into a spreadsheet and pass it to the agent. Communication in English. We will suggest what to say and provide a rough script.
Money:
We sell real estate, and we only get paid for results. We pay according to the corresponding scheme.
Hourly: $2 for hourly work. Approximately 40-80 hours per month will accumulate.
There are tasks where there is an intermediate result, and we add tens of dollars if we manage to achieve that result.
There are tasks leading to the main result: a deal. If the assistant participated in the deal (for example, did the mailing), then they receive hundreds of dollars in addition to the hourly wage.
In total: you have clear tasks and a fixed payment of $2 per hour, which means $80-160 per month.
