1. Audit and Diagnosis
• We will check the current tracking scheme (client-side / postback).
• We will find data loss points: gclid / fbclid, cookie, consent, ITP, adblock.
• We will analyze discrepancies between CRM, GA4, and advertising accounts.
• We will check the logic of event transmission and conversion parameters.
2. Implementation
• We will set up GTM Server-Side (as a priority) with correct transmission of user_id, click_id, event_id.
• We will connect Facebook CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions.
• If necessary, we will implement direct S2S / postback integrations from CRM.
• We will ensure event deduplication and correct attribution.
• We will prepare a report with results and recommendations for tracking support.
