Даже не смотря в компанию, можно сказать что формально выполнить требования проекта "cpl = 100uh" просто. Понижаем ставвки или выбираем оптимизацию по cpl и задаем целевой показатель цены лида. Тогда будет выполнено требование по цене лида - но и уменьшится кол-во лидов. Вероятно, такое не устроит.
Если задача стоит уменьшить cpl - не снижая кол-во лидов = нужно смотреть акаунт и искать за счет чего можно это сделать/ Но - тогда не коhректно говорить про конкретную цифру cpl / Почти наверняка его можно уменьшить. = но не уверен что до заяяленных показателей/
