Project description:
Our project is intended for HR Management. The main purpose is to perform researches by creating surveys which help HR to stay updated on everything from local statutory benefits, to salary trends and current economic developments no matter where employees reside. Interesting aspects:
1 – a new challenge to write auto scripts on Gherkin language
2 – a new experience to work in such a big, international and solid team
3 – the project with complicated business logic
Our Automation part of the team is creating and supporting automation testing framework, which is written in JavaScript with Protractor to run Gherkin scenarios, implemented on Cucumber basis. Our Manual part of the team is executing manual testing, creating Gherkin scenarios and reporting bugs. We run our automation tests on local point and using Jenkins job on AWS DEV environment. The most interesting in the project – is to implement step definitions for a framework and analyze Jenkins reports to fix issues
