The implementation can be done through a sidebar or a modal window, upload the file, then an algorithm will be created that will leave data according to the criteria you need.
Also, for one of my clients, I did API integration with Rozetka, although there is a different mechanism there, so if you have access to their API, it will be possible to set up automatic table updates without uploading, if that is available.
