We use Slack as our main communication channels.
It is necessary to set up a Google Sheet with status selections, fields for selecting multiple values, payment calculations depending on conditions, and other basic things.
There should be sheets for each user (or separate tables) from which information flows to the main one, so that users do not see each other's information. Also, some values (for example, financial ones) should not be accessible to anyone except the administrator (that is, me). In general, all sorts of basic settings, including PnL in the form of numbers (there are not many values yet, but it needs to be neatly arranged and made convenient, so that there is no excess and at the same time it is easy to use).
Users will select a status and, under certain conditions, a notification should be sent to a specific Slack channel. The same goes for the action plan field; upon filling it out - a notification. A reminder if something is not filled out within a certain timeframe.
It is also necessary to integrate a Task Manager (Trello, Asana, Notion (there is even a working template for it) and other options are acceptable). The main goal is simplicity and ease of use, as well as notifications for remaining incomplete tasks. There is also Workflow in Slack; perhaps, with the help of their tool + Make integrations, simple tasks can be implemented, as well as a basic set of tasks when starting work on the project (as a template).
