We are the Tyap Lyap team: AI agents and automation with a human in the loop — Telegram bots for approvals, processing and structuring data from external sources, publications via official APIs. The chain "source → AI processing → moderation in the bot → autoposting" is our main profile.

The architecture is maximally simple: self-hosted n8n + PostgreSQL on one VPS, without a separate admin panel and unnecessary paid subscriptions. Prompts, schedules, and filters are in Google Sheets, so you can change them without a developer. Each source is a separate adapter: Finishers can be replaced or supplemented without rebuilding the AI processing, bot, queue, and publication.

Finishers: we have already technically analyzed the source. The site has a complete sitemap of events and structured data of pages, which already contain links to the official website of the organizer — so heavy browser parsing is not needed. At the same time, the rules of Finishers limit automated data extraction, so at the start we will fix an acceptable mode with you: careful collection of new events with limited frequency, caching, and monitoring of structural changes, without bypassing protection. If access is restricted — the adapter switches to manual import via the bot or spreadsheet or to the official calendars of the organizers: the same conveyor continues to work.

Links: only the official website of the organizer or the registration page goes into publication — not Finishers. The link is taken from the event data and checked automatically; if there is no confirmed link, the event is not published and goes to the admin for a manual decision.

Before the feedback, I have already analyzed Finishers technically, so briefly and factually:

1–3. Source. There is no anti-bot protection, there is an official event sitemap, and each page delivers structured JSON with everything needed: title, dates, distances, city, banner, link to the organizer's website. There will be no need to parse HTML blindly. The only risk is a change in structure when the website is updated: I will implement a source adapter module with an alert in the bot (this will also allow adding other sources without restructuring).

Duplicates: database of processed events (ID + year of publication).
Photos — cascade: og:image from the official event website (the organizer assigns this photo for sharing — with clean rights) → "Replace Photo" button in the bot → auto-generated branded card with title/date/distances as a fallback.
6–7. Bot: preview with Agree / Reject / Replace Photo buttons → queue → auto-publication in Telegram and Facebook (official Graph API, all tokens and accounts are yours). Prompt and schedule — in Google Sheets, you can change it without a developer.

Artem, I have read the specifications completely. I propose not a fragile chain of dozens of scenarios, but an MVP with separate source adapters: Finishers can be replaced or supplemented without reworking AI, moderation, and publication.

Stack: Python + FastAPI worker, PostgreSQL, Telegram Bot API, Meta Graph API, OpenAI API; n8n — only for scheduling/operational integrations where it really simplifies maintenance. Deployment — in your accounts, with Docker, code, prompts, database schema, and instructions.

1. Finishers. On the first day, I will check available legal channels: public endpoints/feed, page structure, robots/limits, and stability. I do not promise a non-existent API. If direct collection is unstable or prohibited, the adapter switches to official calendars/sites of organizers or semi-automatic import — the rest of the system remains unchanged.
2. Duplicates. Canonical event_id with official URL + date + normalized name/city, unique constraint in the database and idempotency key for each publication.
3. AI. Initially structured facts from the source, then translation/adaptation into Ukrainian. Validation by schema does not allow adding missing facts; the prompt is edited without code.
4. Photos. Priority — media from the official page of the organizer only under confirmed usage conditions. For each file, we store the URL, source, and rights status. If the rights are unclear, the bot asks the administrator to add/replace the photo; the alternative is licensed stock photos or branded templates. We do not automatically copy Finishers' photos.
5. Moderation. Telegram preview with Agree / Reject / Replace photo buttons. After approval — the nearest available slot.
6. Publication. Telegram and Facebook Page via official APIs, retry/backoff, state and error logs, queue, and customizable schedule.
