Вопросы: дизайн ваш или исполнителя; тип платежной или банковсого эквайринга; сторонний api для видео звонков - протокол необходимо выбрать, т.к. все приличное стоит денег (что было проще смотрите например https://www.wowza.com/pricing т.е. нужно прорабатывать детальнее), балансировать нагрузку планируете железом или облаком, видеоролики будут на сервисе храниться или подтягиваться откуда-то.

Срок - с достоверностью в 85% в рабочих днях. Бюджет пока не будет четкости сформировать нельзя. Стоимость серверной части будет 2/3 всего проекта
