Context and Background
The Bazoš Publisher application has already been developed and accepted within Stage 1–2. The current version v4.7.6 reliably publishes and rotates ads on the Bazoš.sk website for 3 accounts: import and two-way synchronization with Excel, multi-account publication with photos, automatic rotation and republishing, queue with pause/stop, group schedules (round-robin + intervals), monitoring of live ads, auto-backup of the database, and anti-detect logic.
Stage 3 "activates" the second site — Bazoš.cz — for the same 3 accounts. The same product can be published on sk, cz, or both at once, managed through a new "site" column in Excel and a switch on the "Products" tab. All Stage 2 modules (rotation, schedule, monitoring, Excel synchronization) will start working for .cz without separate reworking of the logic.
Why this is not a "from scratch" development and why the price is low:
the entire multi-site infrastructure is already laid out in Stage 2 and covered by auto-tests (the site field in publications, resolver URL for both domains, base publisher class, publisher registry in the queue, template BazosCzPublisher);
the preliminary probe confirmed that the publication form, selectors, and phone gate on .cz are practically identical to .sk — there are no architectural blockers.
Thus, Stage 3 is the connection of the second publisher (.cz) and one-time .cz account verification, not new development.
2. Goals and Scope of Stage 3
Goal: to give the Client the ability to publish and automatically manage ads on Bazoš.cz on par with Bazoš.sk, with unified management from one application and one Excel spreadsheet.
2.1. What is included in Stage 3
Operational publisher Bazoš.cz — publication of ads on .cz for all 3 accounts (form, photos, contacts, password — as on .sk).
Site switch on the "Products" tab + "site" column in Excel (values sk / cz / both, default sk — old files are not broken).
One-time .cz account verification wizard — guides the manager through SMS code and bank confirmation of 0.01 € (based on the existing "Test-login"). Performed once per account, valid for ~1 year.
Czech subdomain categories — mapping names that differ from Slovak ones (dum, nabytek, obleceni, zvirata, prace, ostatni).
Czech bank verification detector ("Ověření bankovního účtu").
Operation of all Stage 2 modules for .cz: rotation, schedule, URL monitoring, groups, Excel synchronization — without separate payment.
Live test: verification of 3 accounts on .cz and the first operational publication on each, both PSČ (62100 Brno / 98765).
Documentation and delivery: updated CHANGELOG and instructions, .exe build, demo video of .cz publication.
2.2. Unified rotation Bazoš.sk + Bazoš.cz
Separately fixed at the Client's request: the logic of rotation, schedule, monitoring, and Excel synchronization will be UNIFIED for both sites. Products can be marked as sk / cz / both; for both, two publications are created (sk + cz). Processing occurs in the current queue — sequentially and safely (one account/publication at a time). Parallel publication by multiple accounts simultaneously is a separate Stage 5 (worker pool) and is NOT included in Stage 3.
3. What is NOT included in Stage 3 (out of scope)
The items listed below are intentionally separated into different stages to avoid mixing tasks. Each stage is approved and paid separately:

By agreement, Stage 4 + Stage 5 can be combined into one stage for 27,000 UAH (small discount for organization). No stage exceeds 27,000 UAH.
4. Distribution of Responsibilities (who, with whom, how)
Stage 3 contains actions that can only be performed by the Client (these are his accounts, phones, and bank). Therefore, Day 3 is a JOINT session: the developer leads the bot and screen, the Client enters SMS codes and makes micro-transfers of 0.01 €. Below — who is responsible for what.

5. Breakdown of Work by Days (4 working days)

6. Preconditions from the Client to Start
Without this, Day 3 (live verification) will be delayed:
EU account (preferably Slovak or any where the purpose of payment can be specified) for three transfers of 0.01 € to IBAN Bazoš.cz — one for each account. The IBAN will appear on the "Ověření bankovního účtu" page during Day 3.
Three active phones for SMS during .cz verification. We expect that .cz will accept Slovak numbers (+421), as this already works manually — this is the first thing we check on Day 3.
7. Honest Risk
The only external dependency is whether Bazoš.cz will accept a Slovak phone/bank for verification. The probe showed that there are no geo-blocks and the form is the same, but this is ultimately confirmed only during live verification (Day 3, first action). If .cz requires a Czech number or Czech bank — this is a limitation from Bazoš (part of the Client's preparation), not a bug of the bot. In this case, the developer immediately highlights the situation and agrees on an option before spending the remaining days.
8. Terms, Price, and Payment
Start — the next working day after reserving the Safe.
Delivery — within 4 working days after the start.
Bug fix period — 5 working days after delivery, free of charge (as in Stage 1/2).
Cost — 11,000 UAH through the FreelanceHunt Safe, the full amount is reserved before the start (the same scheme as in Stage 1 and Stage 2).
HTML-drift of the Bazoš.cz form during the stage and in the bug fix period is corrected free of charge as part of the work.
Example calendar (we will adjust to the Client): start Mon → delivery Thu of the same week → bug fixes until the end of the next week.
9. Acceptance Criteria for Stage 3
☐ All 3 accounts verified on Bazoš.cz through the wizard (SMS + bank 0.01 €).
☐ Operational publication on .cz works on each of the 3 accounts, both PSČ.
☐ The site column in Excel (sk / cz / both) controls where to publish.
☐ The site switch on the "Products" tab works.
☐ Rotation / schedule / monitoring / Excel synchronization work for .cz publications.
☐ Old sk-only Excel files open without errors (default site=sk).
☐ Green auto-tests + GUI smoke + .exe build, updated CHANGELOG and instructions.
10. Delivery of Stage 3
BazosPublisher_App_v5.zip (.exe + dependencies) — upgrade on top of the current version without data loss.
